FINISHED PRODUCT (flip the cushion & get a new look)
All the old coverings were taken off and chair stripped of the old wood finishing.
Underneath was a beautiful, well constructed chair,
needing some tender loving care.
I have been wanting to use a combination of wool and handprinted fabric by ‘cloth’ for some
time and thought this is my chance.
The rose print looks very blue in the picture but is in fact
a blue black – more black than blue. On the cushion I have done one side in just the ‘cloth’ fabric
and the other in a combination of the wool fabric and the ‘cloth ‘fabric for interest. This piece is up
for sale and looking for a new home. Please send me a note if interested and live in Sydney.(pick up only)

Hi there. I know it was a while ago but I just loooove the parker knolls chair you covered in the rose fabric by cloth. I know it was for sale along time ago but just checking if you still have it? You never know.
Warmly
Louise

Hi Louise
Yes – believe it or not it is sitting in a quiet spot beside all my books. It has been fully refurbished with new foam and fabric by Cloth and the contrasting wool fabric is from Warwick. The wooden frame has been stripped back and polished but there are still the old dents and scratches that give it character. If you are interested in looking at it let me know. I am in the Inner West, Sydney. The sale price is $ 460.00. Lynley
